SGD Day 25

I reeeaaaalllyyyy want ice cream right now. I'm currently using ALL of my willpower to not walk into the kitchen and eat some. It's pretty low in calories which makes it even harder to resist. But. I. Will. Not. Eat. Scale said 68.9 this morning and I want it to be less tomorrow.

I've been eating breakfast, lunch, a snack and dinner today. Really low calorie meals, obviously.

  1. If you are craving something maybe you could try burning off the calories before hand and then if you still want to eat it after you burn off the calories, you can. If you don't feel like eating it after, then don't. Like if you want 200 calories worth of ice cream go run or do jumping jacks or whatever you want until you burn off the 200 calories. That way you don't have to feel guilty for eating it or stress about how many calories you'll have to burn off because you burned them off already. I've never tried it, but I saw it on Tumblr or another blog or something and it sounded like a good idea but I've never really had a chance to use it, but it would work well with SGD since you have to burn any calories extra in cardio, you do the cardio before you eat it.

  2. Kes's idea of burning off the calories beforehand sounds really good. You either burn them off and then get to eat it, or you've just burnt of extra calories.

    Good job on sticking to the SGD though. :)

    Anyway. You're the same weight as me! x3! Awesome! *blushes madly* though I am a lot shorter. Fuck my shortness. I am now praising my large frame, because I don't look as fat as I am. Always good.

    I'll be too lazy to do it. xD. Obviously, but it will work for you. Plus I don't really understand the concept of calorie in, calorie out, so I just go all like "fuck you, calories out. I'll worry more about what I put in my mouth."
