I'm really tired of myself. 72.9. +0.6 kg since yesterday. FML.

  1. you know-- maybe you should try to take a few days off from the scale- maybe go on it every other day instead of everyday..

    The scale can be harsh- and not always true. it could just be water weight.

    You should embrace the fact that you have lost so much in such a short matter of time. Give your self a pat on the shoulder and really just keep going.

  2. Yeah. I agree with Kitty. I can really be water weight and with how you were going at the amazing restricting and all, it's pretty possible.

    *says person who hasn't been on the scale for nearly two weeks because she's afraid of the number*. I'm not getting on it until I see physical changes first. -__- I'm tired of seeing a horrid number then binging the pain away! Ick!
