binge-free

I've lost 0.6 kg since yesterday (and thats all I've lost this week). Bingeing seems even more unattractive now. I only ate like 500 calories yesterday, only lunch. I had to eat breakfast today because I'm taking painkillers, but it's like 100 calories and I'm heading for the gym when i'm done.

Let's keep this a binge-free day, right girls?

  2. 600g is still great! At the beginning of my diet (when I was about 176 lbs) I would lose an average of 1 lbs per week,or even less. I was bingeing and purging all the time. It takes time to get ride of bad habbits. But look where I am right now!okay I'm not a good example of a healthy diet, and it took time, but I did lose a lot.
    And you will too!
    that's just the start girl! Don't get too upset right now, or you'll get discouraged and screw things up.
