and it keeps going good.

I've been sticking to my limit of 1200 kalories all weekend for the first time in a looong time. I gained 0.3 kg (still lost 2.6kg last week), but I guess it's because the food's still in my body.

Went to the gym (-561) today and I've only had oatmeal and a proteinshake (368).

Other than that? Nothing is happening in my life. I'm fucking boring.

  1. omgosh. 2.6kg in a week. i'd be at one of my low weights if i lose weight that fast! proud of you.
    and awww also, gaining .3kg is nothing. and on top of that, its not only food but sodium content can contribute to bloating. if i had 900 calories but my sodium intake was high, then damn it - water retention. like 1-2lbs of it that wears off in 2 days so you might want to see where you're getting your intake from

  2. I feel boring all the time. But I don't always mind it since I'm a bit anti-social lol.
    It's Klaudia, I finally made my blog :)
    I hope everything went well and you're past the 70 mark again :) I haven't gotten there yet, my lowest was 71kg and I ruined it. I need to go back there and then loose another 10kg! I really hope that blogging is going to motivate me a little.
